Ditched Michael this morning and tried the Stepping stones C25k+ podcast with Laura ( I think😀). Turns out running in time with the beat ain’t that easy when the tunes are unfamiliar. I managed to get to the end but didn’t feel the urge to go any further 😩😩... and I forgot to start Strava so don’t even know what distance I covered...☹️...Michael must have been rolling his eyes at me for ditching him so unceremoniously.
Altogether, a bit of a miss with the run..but a completed miss all the same. Thinking of changing my run time to lunchtime or early evening because of the darker mornings, but wondering how I should eat during the day to ensure I don’t make myself sick whilst running. As an early morning runner, this hasn’t been an issue previously. Will have to do some research into this before making the switch. Have a great week ahead everyone.

I'm struggling at the moment. I've always run first thing before breakfast, but I'm not keen on going out in the early mornings now. I am going to have to change my schedule too. Maybe run before lunch? That way I won't have too much on my stomach.
Thanks, that’s a good idea, will have an early breakfast and then run before having lunch. And if aiming for an evening run then early breakfast and lunch.
I know what you mean about the beat- tried it a few times and still not in time! Tried the speed session this morning, 10 minutes in and the stupid audio track reset itself to the beginning. Gave up and walked with a photography podcast then jogged part of the route back.
