So, since graduation I have done several 30mins consolidation runs.

I have found these have been quite tough, and I started to need the toilet whilst running, which really put me off going out πŸ˜”

However I thought, no, this isn't going to stop me, so I changed times, but stayed close to home, and today did my first 4k!

I'm so pleased πŸ˜€

Go 1 minute before you leave the house or find a route with plenty of bushes πŸ˜‚πŸ™„, that can certainly be a little awkward, certainly don't let that put you off running, as you say find a route near to where you live.

Well done on the consolidation runs. I always run close to home routes around park or roads but never get too far away so if need be can do laps locally and get home quickly if needed.
