Just back from my 17th (not) parkrun round Broadwood Loch, I saw 19 other runners this morning which is more than usual, some of them high fived me as they were running in the opposite direction, good run for me today, not a PB but 16 seconds faster than my run at Drumpellier last week, my time today was 33.14
