Hello everyone !! So happy to be part of a community 😁 I can’t believe that I have completed week 4 ! I remember started week 1 and feeling like I wouldn’t even get to week 2. I’m super proud. I am a bit on the podgy side but I’m not letting that get in the way. W4R1 was good, W4R2 I struggled and today I done W4R3. I went a different route today and unfortunately ran into some hills that really tired me out. During the last 5 minute run I really thought I was going to stop. I’m panicking about W5R3 😔 I’m wondering if it isn’t the walking in between the runs that is making me tired. In the last 2 runs, I can really feel my calves starting to feel really tight and I can’t seem to get rid of it. My breathing is fine, it’s just the calf pains that make me want to stop. Anyway this is my face after achieving W4R3 🙃

Well done on getting this far. You can do W5, don’t panic. Try out R1 & you can always repeat W4R3 or W5R1 or any of them. This program has taught me that measured, consistent improvement in manageable steps can help achieve the goals, overdoing it is not sustainable. And everyone has their own way of getting there.
Welldone 🙂 its a amazing feeling when you do the wk 5 20 min run,and you get no walking in between. You can do it😁
Well done on finishing week 4, keep going, just slow down, you'll be fine! 🏃♀️
