So according to this forum, it's been 8 months since I stepped up to Week 3 of the program. I am now pleased to say, I have just completed week 7 for the first time. I like to repeat the weeks to help me build my strength and stamina, so I'll probably repeat week 7 before moving on to week 8, but at the rate I am now moving, I might complete in 2021 as opposed to 2023 as previously predicted in an earlier post.
This month I signed up to Race At Your Own Pace - a) because I liked the medal and b) because with the weather changing I thought I would need the extra motivation to keep getting out there.
So far it's working, I set a target of 10 miles this month and I am currently at 54% of target. If I have reached my target by 25th, I can increase it to 15 miles, so I might do that if I keep going at this rate.
