Had a day off today planned to run first thing everyone wanted me help them in some way or other. I have done very graciously. At 4.00pm I managed to get out and run - it was brilliant- I felt free. I was so in the zone I ran 35 mins. To cap it all the rain kept off and and the outside had that marvellous autumnal small. Great! The thing is I have not been out since Thursday and feel I need to run three times a week not two.

Sounds like you’ve had a runderful run!! There’s nothing like it is there? Running three times a week and would be ideal...doesn’t have to be very far or very long but if you haven’t always got time I’m sure 2 will be ok and the odd third run squeezed in as and when you can...sounds like you are ready to move mountains to fit that third run in 😉
