Actually that was fine. But, I did run run 2 on week 7. I really struggled today. Felt tired unmotivated etc. I slept badly which may have contributed.
I guess everyone has bad days. I’m wondering if I should press on or take an extra rest day if I feel like that again. Thanks

Hi Grannie49 ...hmmm, sometimes runs can be just like that BUT...you have hit the nail on the head...a lack of sleep will definitely have affected this run...at least you recognised what it was...see how you feel next time, an extra rest day is sometimes all that’s required x
