Back out and starting with W1R1 after not resting injuries. All good. Completed at a much easier pace. Loved it.

I had to repeat C25K after an injury last year - I loved every run; it was so great to be running again and I had ditched all the unnecessary fear from my first go at it. Have fun, enjoy and be mindful of injury potential!!!
