I’ve had a bit of a rubbish day, I ended up having an argument at work (completely my fault) and then I decided to finish early because I just couldn’t focus.
I really want to be positive about today’s run (w6r3) I know the plan has got me to this point and my body should be ready but my mind really isn’t. Stupid mental health. I’ll give it a go and see how I fair... I’ll update you all later...
