After C25K, my follow-up.

Hi fellow old men (I'm 73 and a half!). I ground out the C25K programme and finally did a bit over 4km in 30 mins. Mmmm. That magic 5 bugged me, and I can only run slowly. So I measured out a few 5km circuits and started to run to distance, ignoring the time, every other day weather permitting (hard on me as I live in SE France.) Love-hate should see me through because believe me, it's hard, even if I smile in the shower. (And now I can look down and see my feet...)
