After a quick break to nurse a old pro wrestling injury, stoooopid back, I completed my second post C25K run this morning. I did a 3.5k ease back in on Friday.
This may be a little controversial but I feel a little liberated not running with the C25K app running in my ear. In fact I feel a lot liberated and it’s showing in my run stats.
Please don’t misunderstand me. The app is amazing and it has bought us all to the dance. But if anyone is feeling anxious about life after Week nine, you’ll be surprised how well week ten goes!
My plan is to get comfortable with 5K, but not too comfortable. Then push on and work towards to 10K.
I’m still in a little awe of how I’ve taken to running and fallen head over heels in love with it.
