Week 9 Run 1 - During wind and rain

Sunday morning, just came back from my first run in Week 9, I've just finished thirty minutes running, though I could have picked a better day for it. It's been drizzling with rain all night, the woods and fields are sodden and slippery, and it's cold and windy. It's hard work running in the mud, not just the muck and mess, it's slipping on the wet grass and trying not to fall into the storm ditch.

But I did it, I finished the thirty minutes. only two more runs and I'll finish. Huzzah!
