Are you wearing proper running shoes fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop?

Without a gait analysis you are taking pot luck as to whether the shoes are suitable for your running style. The wrong shoes can cause damage.

Thankyou for the advice I’m gonna go get analysed at the Lincolnshire runner in town it’s only £15 and if you buy shoes they take the £15 off the price of the shoe

Is it the inside or the outside part of the ankle?

The outside front Nowster👍Thanks for the repy😀

If it was inside (eg. right side on left foot) I'd have suggested overpronation, and gait analysis and a change of shoes might help. Outside suggests you're turning the toes inwards. Either way, having someone making a slo-mo video of you running will show what's happening.
