Just done the final run.

For the first time I tracked only the run - 3.2k in 30 minutes. I won’t obsess over this much because for me it’s completely secondary to the effect this has had on my asthma 🤩.

In 17 days I have a 5k race for RBC race for the kids. My intention for this is to do 5k with warm up and cool down walks included, so ideally I want to try run 35-37 mins and walk 6 mins either end. Hopefully, this is achievable over the next 17 days.

Just need to find an interesting picturesque route for this, which will be difficult. All of the routes nearby are either running round endless streets or the promenade at the beach, which is only just 1km long.
