So today was my first run since graduating at the weekend. I've decided to re run week 9 a few times
I like the comfort of Jo, my coach, in my ear telling what to do and giving encouragement, I don't feel ready to go off on my own yet. I dont want this time of year with the weather to put me off my early mornings π₯Ά π§ π¬
Haven't slept well lately and I had to gently force myself up and out. Was a little awkward to begin with, so not my best. Still a run is a run πββοΈ and it was the right decision to keep Jo with me, I might have stopped mid way otherwise

Well done- It feels strange .. or did for me... the first few runs post graduation... I kept my coach with me too... he had got me to graduation after all. I also felt I needed the discipline of him with me.
You will know when the time is right to cut her loose .. itβs best not to change too much until you get in your stride .. you will find what works for you. π
well done- your first run post graduation... ππ
When you start W1 you never envisage you will get here! Itβs brilliant-π
I have 2 runs to graduate and planning to keep week 9 as my comfort blanket to keep me going. I donβt think I can last all that time without the app πππββοΈπββοΈ
I just want to feel comfortable, I've proved I can do it, but I'm not a natural runner. Theres something very safe and comforting having g your coach in your ear π
Good luck on your last 2 runs, enjoy them, I was very emotional πͺ
Said to my husband before I left it felt strange, knowing I had completed it and not having my 'target it' was comforting having Jo speaking to me though π
