Where do you run: clear pavements and roads, leaf-strewn pavements and roads, or trails?
If you're running on trails then trail shoes are very useful.
Mostly road it’s a nightmare keep slipping
Currently using Asaic Gel Nimbus and have no issues on wet pavements.
Although I'm thinking of switching my Asaic Gel Fujitbucos trail runners for some Inov8 Mudclaws this winter...
Are they new trainers?
Ok thanks are try them I got a new pair of theses I not used
My friend is a proper runner and swears by the HOKA brand, the trail-trainers for trail running/off-road and the HOKA One-One Clifton 7 is what she recommended for me for the C25k and they have been amazing! They are as light as a feather and so comfortable. Just to flag, you need a WHOLE SIZE UP from your size; I’m a 5 and I bought a 6 and they fit me perfectly!
Thank you are look tomorrow are you in Sussex
I am yes!
I am to Worthing
Oh so close, am outside Brighton!
Do you run on your own I have to no one to run with
Yes, I listen to music as I can’t run with anyone as need to get my head in the zone. Try to find some inspiring music.. I don’t ordinarily listen to heavy music but I’ve loved it to run to!
