I was so tired yesterday evening and late leaving a work meeting but, instead of saying to my running mates I couldnβt make our planned meet up time, we agreed to go a bit later.
As I was getting changed I really didnβt think I could manage a full 25 minutes but I did it and even ran slightly faster than my last run πββοΈπ
It really was the best thing I could have done after being sat on my backside all day, does this make me a runner??
I donβt think I recognise myself anymore... π
On to week 8 tomorrow!

You are hooked on running and have the running bug, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 7, you have officially been a runner since you completed run 3 of week 6, onwards and upwards to week 8, not long now until you graduate,
Thank you. I am amazed at how far Iβve come, both mentally and physically. The change in me is huge and people I havenβt seen due to lockdown are noticing the difference π
I definitely wouldnβt have got through the last 7 weeks without my run buddies, I am an expert in self sabotage and would have given up when I struggled with the 60 seconds of running in week 1!! π
