I can’t believe I just ran for 25 minutes, and sprinted like Micheal told me to at the end! Lol. 6 weeks ago I struggled with 1 min. I felt overjoyed when Micheal sounded so thrilled to say I’m now a runner. I love this program and this forum, thanks for all the tips and support. I must confess I refuelled with bacon roll rather than banana lol but now have a day of mixing cement ahead of me. Thank god rest day tom. We got this!

Hi, thanks for your reply. Getting there, surprising myself with how I’m doing to be honest. I know bad way to celebrate lol but got the DIY cementing done (for now). I’m now celebrating with wine and am gonna ache tomorrow lol.

See you in week 7. Think I’m gonna try and vary my route next week a bit, still avoiding long up hills lol. I’ll build up to that when fitter.
