Ran despite my ankle issue. I think that is just my calf muscles getting used to it.

Did week 2 run 3 and stopped on the last jog as my left calf hurt a little too much and I didn't want to push it. Felt good.

Got home. Thought I'd stretch off. Took my trainers off and did a yoga pose where you stick your leg right behind you.

OUCH........ I caught my toenail on the metal between the door. Oh my god...... I have ripped my toenail in half 😭😭.

Super annoyed with myself now as I won't be able to run for 2 weeks. All progress will be reset. Sad times.

Be careful stretching folks. 😁

OUCH! I'll ask everyone else on the injury couch to move up a bit to make space for you.

In the meantime you could do some simple chair-based calf exercises.

Great idea that. I will look for some on YouTube so when I can run again in 2 weeks then at least they won't hurt so much. 😊
