Good morning

Just completed W6R3 25mins run.

So pleased I got into a really good rhythm sub

7min/km.

It felt really comfortable except for my breathing and dry mouth.

Any tips please.

If your breathing is uncomfortable then slow it down !

You need to be running at a conversational pace .

In other words, can you speak full sentences while running without gasping for breath ?

If not, it's simply too fast.

You will need this slower pace even more on the longer runs

Already been said! slow down, and try a sweet or bit of chewing gum for your mouth, try breathing in through your nose out through your mouth

Is this the week when the coach suggests taking a sip of water halfway through, or is it just my coach (Sanjeev)?

It took me by surprise as I don’t run with water but it seems you can. A small bottle presumably.

Well done. That’s a good pace, room to slow down. 🙂
