Wounded knee

I completed w1 & 2 a week ago, then went up Snowdon last Saturday. I have to admit that mountain was tough, and as a consequence when I tried to commence W3 last Monday I had and still have a persistent ache in my right Knee, which means I even find a slow walk impossible. My major concern is that I am going backwards, and as I am due up Ben Nevis in 2 weeks I really need to walk on my fitness. Does anyone have any ideas to increase my aerobic fitness while resting the dodgy knee?

Cycling does not load the knee excessively and can provide a good aerobic workout.

I will give it a go and fortunately my Brother in-laws flat is up the stairs,so he keeps his Bike in my garage.
