I’ve done it!!

So I graduated tonight with my 8 year old son, cycling along side me. Such a wonderful moment ( it was his 1st cycle with me running having only learnt to ride a couple of weeks ago) . He kept on shouting “ come on mummy , I’m proud of you” 😊... I was so proud of him too.

I’ve just learnt I can apply for a Graduation badge , yippee 😁. My plan and aim is to continue to run 5K at least twice a week to maintain a healthy heart and mind. I have also applied to run 5K for cancer research on the 26th in my local park 🏃‍♀️😁
