I’m stuck on a bed in Lisbon- cannot stand up! Taking Relmus and Diclofenac but no joy - still can’t stand! Any advice?

Have just been walking around the city but was wondering if it was exercise related?

I hurt my back (non exercise related) during lockdown. I had to rest for a week before I could run again. I think for back pain the best solution is rest.
