I was in such a state before my graduation run that I could n’t understand why I could n’t hear my music. I had n’t got my earphones in ! Having sorted that off I went and am now back enjoying a glass of water having completed week 9 run 3. At the age of 65 I never thought I could do it !

Huge congratulations on your amazing achievement. 🏅🏅⭐️⭐️👍👍😁 Well done especially overcoming the headphone drama at the beginning. I’m off out later to do the Laura speed/stamina run 😱 . Good luck with your future running.

I just kept it simple with 30 minute runs and slow 5k's to consolidate for 5/6 weeks. After that just mixed it up a bit. Long, slow run Monday and this short one today probably 'should be fast' Not sure about that but can only try. Might be a disaster, who knows.🤣😂🤞
