Hi guys - well that's W7R3 done , the first two runs went really well , but struggled a bit on the 3rd one , i always feel fantastic after my run but this was a bit different , just no energy left in the tank . so week 8 is looming and i'm not as confident as i been on previous weeks , i always think its an impossible task and then half way through i start thinking nearly there !! 28 Min solid running seems a lot - lol

Bad runs happen. They're the ones that make you grow. Don't dwell on them.

Go out and do those 28 minutes! 🏃👍

I also felt bad after my last run but we'll all have ups and downs - but the lows are short term and you will be much fitter, healthier and happier all the rest of the time.

No two runs are the same, and sometimes it just doesn’t feel as good! You are more than ready for 28 minutes, I know it feels very scary and a looooong time right now but you’ll be amazed at how quickly time passes - just pace yourself and enjoy it! Good luck!
