Consolidation run 1

Tried a morning run with the aim of getting round 5k. I managed it and it took 40 mins I wasn't pushing to get a fast time but was quite impressed as I felt slow and sluggish. I think mornings may be better for my body but love how evening runs clear my head. My thoughts on the way round were to keep doing 5k until it feels comfortable and in theory as I get stronger it probably will better my time without thinking about it. I think my challenges will be better looking at increasing distance not time x

Increasing distance at a slow pace will increase your short distance pace.
