Absolutely! One thing I'm considering is to go out without any clocks/apps/watches and just run a route that I know takes about 30min. Trying to break the habit of racing myself. But I'm actually nervous at the idea, haha! So silly!

Ong I could never do that!!! I live for my polar dashboard and strava stats haha x I love looking at them after every bit of exercise I do even mega hoovering and mopping!
