Two weeks ago I dislocated my knee. I am now in a splint and expecting to have physio to get my knee stronger. I will now have no running in my life ☹️
I had got up to my first 28 mins. Gutted.

Sorry about your injury Coolrunning12, it just means as you say no running for a while, I hope it won't be too long before you can get back to running, you might have to restart at week 1, especially if you are off running for more than a month.

I’ve been in that position and it sucks. At least you know what you’re capable of! 🌟 You will no doubt get back to that level and beyond when you are able.
Have patience, be kind to yourself and much like this programme - trust in your physio. Hydrotherapy also worked brilliantly for my knee so maybe inquire about that.
