After thinking I was at my limit and doubting my ability to progress any further on Friday, I posted about help to run slower.
Well today I ran slower and the difference was amazing! I feel amazing!
I ran my last 5 almost as quick as I ran my first 3 on Friday because I had something left in the tank and I knew I could finish.
Luckily it was raining so noone overheard me saying "can I run and still talk" out loud once a run to make sure I wasn't going too fast π€£
