I first started c25k 8 weeks ago, but had to give up in wk3 as my knee hurt so much. After 5 weeks rest and starting the Strength & Flex exercises, I have just finished week 1 again, and, fingers crossed, everything is going OK. First time around I really struggled, but this time, having taken everything more slowly (and found a flatter route), I was pleased to complete every run. Looking forward to week 2!

well done for taking the time needed for recovery and starting again !

i know what it's like to have time off due to injury.

sounds like you are also doing the right thing by taking it slowly , build up strength and stamina.

Enjoy the program 😊👍

I started C25K twice in March/April and had to stop due to the medication I was on at the time.

I started again in late June and will be starting Week 9 tomorrow. Having done week 1 in March and Weeks 1 and 2 in April, it was easier the third time round.

Good luck!
