I haven’t posted here in a while, but I just wanted to thank the community for all the inspiration over the last few weeks! I did the second run of week 9 this morning and managed to run the furthest I’ve run so far (even after surviving a hangover from hell yesterday!)
I’m starting to think about what consolidation might look like for me after I graduate, which is hopefully Wednesday. Have you decided to run distance, or by time, and for how long post C25K? My plan at the moment is to keep to 30 mins for a few weeks, which at the moment means I’ll be running about 3.8k unless I magically pick up some pace (I’m not the fastest!)
But thank you all - your posts have encouraged and delighted over the last few weeks, it’s amazing what we are all achieving through this programme 😊

After graduation we ran distance, a little bit further over several weeks until we made the 5k and then just did our own thing for months, it’s great to decide while running whether it will be a longer run or just a short one. We have now started a 10k plan and are running slower than ever mind you we graduated last October, so whatever you do have fun and don’t rush anything
