Does anyone else like to read this forum before their run? I do! May be weird but I just think it puts me in a good mindset to get going!

Just completed W4R2 and did a different route so ended up going up a BIG (ok it was just a medium) incline so found it tough but then the last 5 mins was on the flat so that felt so much better πŸ˜‚ and I smashed it πŸ’ͺ🏻

Anyway - I just wanted to say how helpful this forum is to me and thank you everyone for inspiring me to get my butt out the door😁😁

Yes it definitely is fab! I also like to search to see if how I’m feeling physically and mentally is β€œnormal”

I honestly do t think I would have been able to stick to it if it wasn’t for this forum ☺️

I read the night before as I go st out in thre morning, I find it really helps motivate me and I like to read it after a run to see how everyone has got on. It really is like a community, I love how you start to recognise people's pen names and really want everyone to do well.
