Brilliant 5 km race today with Relish Running, was so good to get out racing again after lockdown! And absolutely smashed my PB too! Got it down from 38:27 to 33:24 which I am so chuffed with! All this training is paying off then! Pacing went out the window completely though, went off far too fast but I am so glad I pushed through! Also bought myself a nice chilled beer too to celebrate afterwards! 😀
