Can anyone recommend an ankle strap please. Tried Wk1 run3 but as soon as the first run began, ankle went over and is very painful 😣

You are probably best resting and following the PRICE principles linked to in the guide to the plan.
Ankles have a relatively poor blood supply, so can take some time to recover.
Last time I turned my ankle, while walking (such a dangerous thing to do!) took nearly a month to get back to the point that running was safe.
In certain cases cycling can be beneficial as it keeps the joint mobile, improves blood flow and healing without load bearing.
