So, I had planned to participate in @MontyMoo’s Weekly Virtual 5K tomorrow as I had run C25K+ Speed podcast yesterday - so today should have technically been a rest day ....

But I woke up with my body feeling fine and I wanted to enjoy a cooler run today before giving myself the weekend off (maybe ...). I’m also quietly testing my stats against week one of Ju-Ju’s Bridge to 10K plan which I plan to start next week or the week after.

A slightly slower affair today (not surprisingly because I ran yesterday) but not a shabby attempt. No PR’s but a few Best Efforts. I will be focusing on getting my pace down even further on my future shorter runs.

Think 🤔 I hit 5K around 31 minutes 🤗

That's great running there and a very good time to boot. Obviously the speed podcast has paid off👍😀🏃

Thanks 🙏🏻 Yes, managed the Speed cast without amending the plan this week! Stamina was ‘easier’ (just) yesterday. Actually prefer these two over the Stepping Stone one now 🤷‍♂️
