Hi all, been a while since I've checked in, but I could do with some of your wisdom.
After 3 months of furlough, Ive been back to work for about 6 weeks, and I cant get back into the swing of things. My fitness has hit rock bottom, haven't been to the gym since early March and only made occasional runs. Anyone else felt like this and got going again??

Doing something for health benefits AND enjoyment sounds like a winning combination to me.
This happens to everyone at some point and varies in intensity I’m sure. Think back to a run you LOVED. However small - 1 min or 10?mins, just repeat that until you feel your motivation is gaining strength. Take yourself by the hand and gently lead yourself back.
Why not put the app back on with your favourite coach and just repeat, say, from week 6 and see how it goes? Put your favourite songs on and pick a nice route with things to look at. Good Luck!
