Can you do it another day/time ?

Oh no. Maybe take an extra day rest? Put your foot up and get the ice out and see if it improves. Take care

I'd say better to take a day off and rest your ankle than risk making it worse. Running is an odd mixture of pushing and looking after your body and I imagine it is much easier for more experienced runners to judge when to push and when to rest. But I'd generally say swelling should be respected.

As others have said, rest that swollen ankle.

Thanks all. Think I'll do it tomorrow and do as advised, rest it tonight. 😊

Sensible decision I would say, especially if you have swelling.
