I've just started week 3 today, and I have started to find it slightly easier. I'm enjoying the freedom and fresh air... But I thought i would have started losing weight by now?

When will I start losing weight?
You won’t lose weight with this unless you diet too. If you did, all runners would be sticks and they’re not.
Did you measure yourself first. E.g. waist, hips etc. This is usually the first sign to show weight loss, not scales. Good old saying muscle weighs heavier than fat!
As long as the weight is not going up you'll see the difference.
The main question really is do you feel better about yourself with running and exercise?
You may not lose any weight at all jj_p - but you will tone up and feel so much better, which is just as good!

C25k is not a weight loss plan but it will reduce your risk of a whole raft of life limiting conditions, improve your immune system and strengthen your heart and lung function..........all of which could be life savers in the current situation.
