Hi there. I finished WK3 last Wednesday and then on Friday and Sat I completed the 2 day Berwickshire Coastal walk. I took a recovery day from that today and am aiming to start WK4 in the morning. Am a bit worried I will have lost momentum. Any pointers please?

Not at all. You're probably better prepared for Week 4 now than I was.
You're unlikely to lose any momentum with less than two weeks of a break, especially as you've been active in the interim.

My best run so far (the "dreaded" W5R3, believe it or not!) was after an extra rest day. It sounds like you'll be better prepared than ever! Enjoy!

I managed pretty easily as my pace was super slow- I go slower than the old dude in the slow running video.

Hello again. I completed WK4 and am using the slow jogging approach. My pace is between 13-14/ml. Is that too slow?
