Hi I graduated this morning which I am ecstatic about however the last 2 runs were rather difficult as feel I am nursing an injury at the very top of my legs. I would love to start my consolidation runs ASAP however think I should rest up for a week. Do you think that would be the best move as don’t want to lose the momentum?

You can run as frequently as you ran on the programme, just not every day. There is a Bridge to 10k forum you can join for excellent support and advice.
