The sorcery that is this programme was in full throttle this morning. WK7R1 and its 25 mins non stop run ahead, I set off once again frightening the sheep in the neighbour’s field, and then onwards to pastures new; a horse over there looking bemused moved to the other side of the field for its own safety! On the way back, as I passed an apple tree, one fell off! I’m no Sir Isaac Newton I thought so onwards I went. When Jo asked me to try to put everything in for the last minute, I did! I have no idea how getting this somewhat older overweight chap this far in the programme has happened, but if it’s anything to do with you Mr Potter.......thank you!

Come to think of it it would have been an ideal snack around half way haha!!

I remember an apple last autumn that i picked up on the way round and ate while slowly running to the end of the time it was much better than any from the shops
