Running up and down hilly lanes!

I’m up in my native Scotland at the moment and have just completed W8r3 with amazing views across the Firth of Forth. The only issue I have had is the quiet lane I’m running along has a few ups and downs going from 40m elevation up to just over 100m elevation! Good for stamina and calf muscle development but not for distance, only managed 4.5k average on each of W8 runs. Nonetheless, I am delighted I have completed W8 and will start my last week of this stage on Tuesday. I never thought I could do this but it’s in sight now 😊

I think I might live in the only part of Scotland that doesn’t have hills! 🤣 Well done on completing Week 8.
