So I did it ! Crawled towards the end and couldnt catch my breath after the last run ! I didn’t think I would be able to complete it, got overtaken by a few snails and felt felt pretty rubbish but I actually did it !! Please tell me it gets easier !!!

Keep at it and don't worry about the snails .
Keep hydrated, do your warm-up and cool down excercises and run slowly .
It will get easier in so far as you will get fitter 😁🏃
Some of those snails are pretty fast, especially in the mornings as they race to get the best newly grown nutrition 🤣
Great job on the run. Rubbish is only in the head... take out the trash. You did it... be proud, very proud.
It gets easier. Actually, it gets much easier. We all remember how hard it was getting started... and the plan will keep pushing you. It will remain challenging. You’re up for the challenge though, so all will be fine. In a few months, go do this run again, you’ll be quicker and you’ll hardly break sweat.
