It’s funny how two days ago I really struggled with the last run of W8, but today absolutely smashed my first 30 minute run 💪. Yes the last 5 minutes was hard, but I even managed to up the pace for the last 60 seconds.

I’m still running at 8mins per KM, meaning I only got to 3.8km during my run, that 5k within 30 minutes seems to be a little way away yet. That being said my HR was lower than ever before on this run (I know it won’t be 100% accurate, but I’m working on the basis that I’ve been using the same Apple Watch since I started, and there is definite improvement!).

Looking forward to R2 on Monday, and hopefully graduation on Wednesday....

See you at the finish line!

Well done for smashing it!! Some days will be harder but when you have a good run it makes you feel even more magnificent. Enjoy your day Sedge.
