Well it was a bit warm yesterday but I thought let’s give it a go, I thought I’d slow down the pace and see what happens. If you include the start and finish walks I DID 5K 🏃🏃♂️🏃 and now my legs regret it even the morning after they feel like there going to drop off😂.
Anyway hopefully by tomorrow they’ll be back to normal for run 3. This running thing is getting addictive.
