I’ve completed week 3 run 3, and I’m pleased with how I’m managing, as someone who is very unfit. But there’s a difference between the app and the podcast. Both are voiced by Laura. Eg, week 3 on the app has two runs of 3 minutes, the podcast has three. Week two was also different, with the podcast having at least two, maybe three, more 90-second runs than the app. I started using the app, but have swapped to the podcast. I would like to use both but won’t if they vary. I suppose it doesn’t much matter, but why are they different? Is one newer than the other?

Sorry, I can't really help, I've only ever used the app because I like having my own music in the background. Best stick to one I think 👍

I have never been aware of any difference between the intervals in the app and the podcast.......they are meant to be identical.
I will check, but suspect you are not correct.
