Well I completed my self styled w14 ie 5 weeks post graduation. Still find it so hard but never run less than 30 mins. I am getting faster very slowly but still a long way off 5 k. Can do 4.7 including the walk elements which I stick too.
I’m going to loose the week count from now on and just joggle along. I tried the speed podcast hated it ! Hate the music and just no idea how to count my steps per min !! Happy just keeping on frightened of stopping but the heat will force a break till Monday.

Well you are still doing it that's the main thing, I don't get near 5K with just the 30 min's run if I include my warm up/cool down walks then its just off, but I think if/when it happens that will be great, I so enjoy getting our there.
We’re probably about the same. It doesn’t matter! We’re running for 30 minutes. I ran on for 3.5 minutes on my first consolidation run to get to 4K, because it was so close! The second run I did it again, and it was easier, but still not within 30 minutes. It will come.
Hey Delgirl, you're doing great! I'm still on Team 🐢 but gradually getting a bit faster, main thing is we're out there running and we've kept on going 🤩 wise idea not to run in the heat, we're on a 2 day break now because if it, always find I'm itching to get back out there running when that happens so think you'll be fine with your break 😃
