Started couch to 5k again today after a break from running- looking for a running community online since park runs etc have all come to a halt- how is everyone finding running in lockdown? Tips on sticking with it would be much appreciated- trying to make it more of a regular thing

The only suggestion I can make that others might not is set a time of day when you're going to do it, and stick to it. Rest days (more than one if necessary) are sacrosanct.
Read Ian's FAQ posts (pinned posts on the right).
I thinking skipping out on the rest days before has put me off/slowed me down- finally getting round to the idea it needs to be less and more often to see progress! I feel like doing it first thing might be better as then it’s done and dusted for the day

I agree with nowster. Set a time of day.
See what works for you. Morning, or evening runs. Dont allow any excuses.
I nip out at 5am before my body realises what I'm doing to it 😏...its lovely and cool. And so peaceful..sets me up for the day.
This forum has an endless supply of tips and information. Most importantly. Everyone encourages one another on through their running journey. Fantastic support on here
Happy running 🏃🏻♀️
