Well done , it can feel like a bit of a slog at this stage I think, it's all repetition, and I for one probably over analyse it .
I search for the slightest difference between runs as an indicator that I'm improving, but now I'm trying not to .
I have to realise that I am still building my core base fitness as a runner and will hopefully reap the benefits in time rather from run to run .
I'm now , with 3 runs to go trying to enjoy it more and not get too caught up in the fact that the first or second sector was slower or faster than last time.
I'm enjoying the music more , I'm noticing the surroundings more , and probably starting to relax .

You start the challenge and it’s all new, then suddenly you’re halfway through week 7 and counting the runs that are left!
Today was manageable but it WAS a hard slog!
For the moment I will get back to basics, enjoy getting out there instead of let the nerves get to me...wait for Laura to speak and not be checking time or speed!
