Hi everyone, only just found this forum. A lockdown c25k finisher who managed my first 5K non stop “run” on 22 May, would love a graduation badge please!! Running 3 times a week, max distance so far 6.3km .. still a daily struggled with aches and pains, particularly constant left sided sitbone/buttock pain, but keeping going!!
